i got my order the other day and one of the singles I bought was split wrapper and part of the binder... anyone else have this happen? is it just something to expect on occasion?

Duct Tape fixer right up! 😁

Just had a L40 come in with a little chunk loose on the wrapper guess I will spit on it when the time comes and hold her down with my finger. grrrr

It can happen. There is no control over how a package is handled, once the carrier gets it. It could have spent a night in a freezing cargo hold on an airplane, or in the back of a truck.

Sadly, this happened to me in a Clown Car sampler.

Even sadder (more sad?), it was the best stick in the bunch: MOW Puro Authentico.
