Ok so im putting it on the boards instead of pm in case anyone else cares.

I swung by the shop i got the Foundry from. Got little info. Apparently the robbie, which i had, is getting alot of complaints. But the others are better. So i got 2 other sizes, the chisel kinda neat looking. Couple different gear sizes. Apparently next year, general is putting out a special edition, the gears somehow fit into the box. The box will then do something, what? He didnt know.

Got u three sizes. They will go in the mail friday.

Here i found this online. I musta misread it or the tag musta been misprinted but apparently the chisel is actually the Cayle. The Talbot is the one i tried.

"The four sizes of Foundry are named after influential figures of the Steampunk movement: Wells (as in H.G.) measures 6 inches by 50 ring; Lovelace (as in Ada), 6 1/4 by 54; Talbot (as in Bryan), 5 by 60; and a pointy 6 1/2 by 60 figurado called the Cayle (as in Sir George). The shape even looks like one of Cayle’s flying machines."

" Visual considerations aside, FOUNDRY’s avant-garde approach extends to its masterfully balanced synthesis of flavors. Featuring an indulgent collection of five proprietary tobaccos from four different countries, each aged between three and six years, Foundry’s foundation is amplified through an eight year old wrapper developed by General Cigar. Called H-47 Pleno Sol, the lustrous wrapper imparts a deeply complex, layered smoking experience like no other."

+1 David. Would love to score a few....a couple churchies for my FIL whom worked for Central "Foundry" Division of General Motors for 35-40 yrs. For me I'd dig the "chisel" vitola, always liked that vitola for some reason!!!
