That's it. He's banned for double posting!!!

I hope all questions have been adequately answered and the welcoming committee has made its case. We csr’s appreciate the backing of our customers and we will go out of our way fix whatever needs fixin.

Have a good night all!

LMAO @/with Roger!!!!

most CSR I've dealt with from other places all have CRS symptoms and give it back to the consumer the same way.... I've never ever had that problem here and will always stand by the CSR in relations that S.H.(**** happens) for uncontrollable reasons outside the relm we all live in a perfect bubble.... NOT

and for pms1 to contiue his rant even after the fact CSR had contact to correct it.. leaves him wide open to flaming from other SCFG (Satisfied Customer Forum Groupies) I'd like to add... pms sure showed he/she has thick skin and can give as well as take with a sense of humor to boot!!!!

Hog

btw welcome to CBid forums pmn2 whats your username stand for????

I think you guys are being a little too hard on him, especially in lieu of the fact that he did contact customer service and was given a "too bad" reply.

When you bid, there is a little note that says "your bid is your contract" Contracts work both ways. You are bound to pay, and the other party is bound to deliver what you bid on. (or a product of equal value)

According to him in his first contact with customer service, he was not offered a substitute, just an "oh well".

Now, having said that, I'm sure that Cbid will do the right thing. They always do.

Nothing wrong with open discussion in my book.

LMAO!!!!! what hair?? LOL

it wouldn't be humor if we couldn't flame you for your attempt to discredit the CS folks pms1 and that would lead to a boring day... with this attempt we can push for posts up and possibly over the numbers as hitler02 collected in less then 24-48 hrs in his attempt to say hello to the CBid forum... now pull yer panties out of the crack of yer azz and pull up a chair, light a cigar and say hello!!!!

btw since I am now carrying the roll of General... can I reflect my thoughts to one of the greatest generals known? Gen Robert E. Lee!!!! although he chose to be the General for his State of Virginia through the wounds of this great nation... he shouldn't be forgoten for his leadership on either side of the fences... it is too bad we do not have leadership today as we had back then!!!!

Dear general

last post of the day.I agree that general Lee was a great general, however had General Lee listened to General Longstreet at Gettysburg I belive the capital of the CSA would presently be in Atlanta. A Move to the left towards DC followed by Digging in on good defensive ground with the aid of calvery would have led to a sound defeat of Mead - to be followed shortly by panic in Washington - to be followed by demands of peace & then eventually a southern victory
to be continued
