Congratulations to you for "walking-the-walk" and not asking someone else to do something that you were not willing to do yourself. You deserve any repsects that young girl may pay you.

God bless the both of you and I mean that. Someday society will realize that all life is precious and we really don't have the choice to end one. Your intervention kept that girl from having that abortion and you should feel very good about that.....Charlie

Outside of protecting one's self which includes wars I feel that no one has the right to end someone else's life. The death penalty is just a modern version of the Roman gladiators and giving the thumbs up or down. We have discussed abortion before and you know my view on that. It shouldn't be used as a form of birth control.

Well, I'm very happy for this girl, and I really hope that she's making the right decision based on her feelings and beliefs. Peer pressure can be a bitch!

I am glad that she has decided to proceed with keeping the baby, but more importantly, I'm very happy this little baby is given the opportunity to live life.

Hog, shame on you for wanting to save a life.

Don't you know it's a woman's right, no her DUTY to abort an unplanned and unwanted fetus?

I'm kidding, of course.

God Bless you and the Mrs for showing care and support that has saved at least one life.

Liberals are funny:

They embrace the abortion of an unborn child. A living being who is 100% innocent, yet so fragile that their dependence is viewed as an excuse to consider them "below life"

Then they shun the death penalty. An event in which the only true loss is the electricity it takes to extinguish a known evil.

And here on Cape Cod, these very same libs who rejoice at the opening of yet another abortin clinic, join hands to push dolphins and whales back into the very sea from which they purposely exited.

Why? To "save" them.

Where is their fervor over "life" when the innocent unborn are treated as a "choice"?

Hypocrits?

Fools?

Yes.

The family of the mother and father of this baby also played a role in saving this childs life. The parents of both had a meeting with the kids and explained to them that ending the childs life was not the answer. They had created this life and now they were responsible for it. They told the kids they were behind them 100% and would support them. If for some reason they could not become responsible parents the grandparents would take the child and raise it proper.

I spoke with the mother today and she said today was her last day at work. Her boyfriend called her at work today and told her to go home and pack that he was on his way to get her. He is a PI and has taken a job in Nebraska and is taking her with him. They are getting marrried so he can take care of her and the baby. She had tears in her eyes and asked me what I thought. I just hugged her and said.......Go for it! Make a good life for you and your little family. She said this was her wake up call and now she had to grow up and become a good mother. I told her she had all my support and gave her all my numbers to reach me in case she needed someone to talk to. They have been down rough roads. Off and on relationship, but they felt that this was their new start in life. I told her to make sure she takes daddy to all the doctor visits. To be sure he was there to hear the baby's heart beat for the first time.

She will be due in October of this year and she is hoping it will fall around my birthday. I told her it would be my honor to have her baby born on my birthday. I hope she stays in contact with me.

After our talk, she got in her car and told one of the co-workers she was feeling ill and was going home to take some medication and off she drove. The co-worker called her on her cell phone only to get the voice mail. A few minutes later her boyfriend called and said she will not be returning to work. She is moving.

I hope this baby brings them great joy.
