That looks like it hurts! You should heat up a pin and burn a hole in your nail to let the blood out and relieve the pressure. Working construction with my dad I popped my thumb more than once with a hammer and know how much that can hurt when the pressure builds up because the blood has nowhere to go.

Pay no attention to my nail- it does not hurt at all- nor did it really hurt when it happened.....Please focus your attention on the amazing cigar and I might add a delicious Hard Cider....Thank you.....
