someone in Alan Rubins company knew how to roll a flippin cigar, geeeez o friday. [ram27bat] . And yes, before you say it, they are internet cigars! Unfortunately that is the only place I have to buy them.

(the last two Tempus and the last Creo I smoked (tried to smoke).....the wrappers were friggin fire-proof!)

yeah, yeah, dry box............blah blah............(no issues with any of my other smokes)

think I'll just let the next one sit in the sun for a few hours.....................

Hummm, I have no problem with AB sticks, but mine have some age on them, and they came from other places. Tempus, Sungrowns, Overtures and Medalists that I got from, well the only place that carried the Overtures and Medalists, and a supply of Tempus Maduros that came from that nasty place that no one buys from.

No burn or construction problems at all. Haven't won any here, as folks here are willing to bid way too high on them. I don't think I've ever paid more the $2 for any of my AB sticks.

Dave I didn't want to go down that path, but I am convinced that alot of the cigars they sell are seconds, ones that did not pass the mustard on final at the factory, mainly draw testing if that is actually done. If I had another inexpensive place to get em I would. " Nasty place " ?

I'm with Lefty. I like the flavors of most ABs i've had but typically have burn issues.

Awhile ago, the Tempus was one of my regulars, but have had burn issues, mostly canoeing, with several recent ones. Kinda like the Padilla Miami, the good ones are really good, but too many are crappy.

Trish, I'm not sure why I have trouble with some of the AB from here. As you know I buy alot of my smokes from this site. Am I the only one who has draw and costruction issues with these? Maybe you are and don't even know it. It is my understanding, could be wrong, that most manufactures draw test their sticks, if thats the case whats to prevent them from giving you a great deal on smokes that didn't pass final.

Of course you do.

I've purchased ESV seconds here in the past.
