My brother... if you like Guinness... and I like it too... you absolutely MUST try Kilkenny's if you ever get the chance.

I have found it in Australia and the middle east, but can't seem to find it anywhere here in the US, including Beverages and More.

Guinness makes it, but it is lighter and smooth as silk. But like Guinness... they fill you up like a meal replacement shake.

Thanks MAC, I'll look into it. There's a few huge boutique beer distributors around here that may have it, they seem to have everything. In the meantime, I'll return the favor with a recommendation of my own:

Old Dominion Oak Barrel Stout:

It's not nearly as heavy as Guinness, nor is it as dark, but I'll be damned if it's not as smooth. They ferment the beer, then age it in bourbon casks with vanilla chips. And the best part is, it's just $23 a case here!

Thanks Steve, I was trying to think of a place to eat this weekend. Dominion Brewery/Pub is about 20 mins. from my house.

I'll try the Stout

sneech - Glad I could be of assistance. If you could, please provide your thoughts on the stout. I am interested to see what you think.
