Made the mistake of buying a humidor from another website, ***.com, and it was seriously the worst shopping experience of my life. 1st they sent only part of my order when they said it was the full order, then they said they would send the rest of it next day air, and then didn't. Then when I finally receive it, it's still missing an item!!! They Have made no effort outside of refunding my shipping cost to try and make things right, and the support team just has an attitude of not caring.🐴 Save your money and buy from Cigarbid, wish I did.
