I've seen a few posts about private auctions, have not been notified in a year or so. Checked my account listing and I appear to be on the list. E-Mailed CS, they said they changed my account. Still haven't got an e-mail for private auction.

Go to the main page. You should see a yellow and red box near the top right that says "warning, private auction, keep out". If you don't, log off, and log back on again. If you still don't see it, something is wrong with your account.

OK, time for a phone call. My account info says I'm signed up, CS said they changed account to receive notices and still nothing. I posted to make sure there was another auction before calling CS and making an ass of myself if none had been started.

There seems to be problems as of late with the "private auctions" and the CBID watcher results- they seem to be intermittent the past few months.

How private is the auction if they post it on the home page? I take it the PPM has lost its mystic.......I am going to cancel mine!

Are you getting the regular weekly emails? We send two of those each week in addition to the occasional Private Auction.

Do you use some kind of auto-responder? If so, did the emails stop after you'd used it? We have an automatic setting that switches to 'off' after we receive multiple auto-responses. This could happen if the email gets too full as well. Did anything like that happen?

We'll get to the bottom of this and make sure you get those emails!
