Hey Everyone,

I recently got a wine cooler and I was looking to purchase cedar shelves to convert it to a wineador. I was wondering which companies I should contact regarding shelves. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

dunno about other models, I suspect they are similar - but I have ordered some of the large trays from forrest, because his standard large tray size gives about an inch of clearance all round. Plus, if my whynter dies (3+ years old) trays will easily transfer to another unit.

While the peltier units have only a fan for moving parts, IMO these are essentially consumer items that may be disposable if you have functional problems.

Also, depending on your circumstances - you may wish to have a battery operated fan to keep specs similar throughout the wineador.

I use four calibrated (with Boveda pack) digital hygrometers, have them on different shelves. It may surprise you the variation within your wineador. you are not going to get perfect distribution.

Even so, the battery fan helps a lot to keep it really close.

YMMV
