I always thought the 'Li' in liga privada was pronounced the way you would pronounce it in

Liquid
Lipid
Lithium
Limp

apparently it's pronounced Lee, as in

league
leech
lean

learned something new today... and also, leega privadas are hard to find because it's cloudy...
