As an unashamed smoker of $1 cigars, Felipe Gregorio's stand out as one of the absolute worst. I got the ones I tried in the Dog's Breakfast sampler, which also includes Fighting C O C K S, so there is at least that redeeming feature.

FG Pelo de Oro was outstanding

I smoked one of these head to head with a Dutch Masters just to prove how awful it was. The DM was the one I finished (barely). That was almost a year ago and won't be done again.

Pelo de Oro was discontinued long ago (cost issue with wrapper) and FG quality going to sheet.
