Good grief - asking for prayers is not mooching!!!!! Numi did the same for his little grandson - that wasn't mooching either! As far as I am aware, Busa has had no dealings/trades with ANY of the people who are so offended by his consumption of oxygen. The posters who are offended by "where's mine" have not been around here long enough to know that it's a running gag - that's fine. But at least be sensible enough to take word of people who WERE here when it started when they tell you that it is, in fact, a running gag. As for re-gifting, my opinion is: it is a GIFT. Once you give an item as a gift, it is no longer yours. If you wish to exercise any kind of control or authority over how the gift is used, IF the gift is used - ANYTHING... you never actually gave it. You retained a bit of ownership of the item. That's not a gift. I am 110% in agreement with TG on this one - if I give someone something that they cannot use or do not like, but it gives that person the ability to be generous with someone who DOES like it, then my gift was useful to them and it WAS used by them. That makes me happy. It's not a slap in the face. Keeping the item and letting it rot in a storage box or the bottom of the "dog rocket" humi instead of sharing would be more likely to bother me. How many people have bagged up cigars that don't suit them and sent them to OpFTH? Wouldn't that count as "regifting?" Is it okay for the troops, but not for you? I don't think I like that. There's also the claim that a cigar that was specifically asked for was regifted. First of all, I think it's tacky to be keeping such close tabs on everyone's inventory, but that's just me. Second, what if he got more than one? Is he not allowed to have more than the one he was gifted? What if he was gifted more than one, stumbled across one in a B&M somewhere...whatever...and wanted to share something he enjoyed with someone else? Why is that horrible? Why is it anyone's business but Busa's? Opinions are like belly buttons - we all have one, and that's mine.

So when a ISO is posted or a Ill take those cigars... Do you expect to see them traded. No. If your not going to smoke them why take them or ask for them??
