Think the box lands today and of course its pouring out. Most of the time the mailman is smart enough to stick it in the corner of the covered porch.

I just smoked the mystery cigar. It was a very good cigar. I'm guessing its got a little age on it due to it's smoothness.

The wrapper was a nice light to medium color, either a corojo or Connecticut wrapper. I'm leaning more towards the corojo wrapper due to the slight toothy texture of it. Upon lighting it, there was a sharp spiciness to it. The smoke had a nice blackish grey color to it. The draw was excellent as was the burn.

As I smoked my way through it, the spiciness gave way to a very smooth creaminess with a slight pepper after taste.

My first guess is it's a kooban, specifically a Bolivar Royal Corona, If not a kooban that then I'd say its a Nicaraguan. Therefore, my second guess would be a Don Pepin Garcia Cuban Classic (corojo wrapper) or, my third guess a Perdomo Lot 23 (Connecticut wrapper).

Regardless, Its a very good smoke that I will most certainly have to get a box or three and bury for a year or so.
