Going to be in Quincy, one week from today. Need info on where to go to burn a cigar that stays open late. Only there for one night. Hotels are all smoke free, now. 🤔

Stanza Dei Sigari in the North End is maybe 20-25 minutes by train. Decent selection & price. I think they're open until 1am.

No time for train. Stuck at a dinner until 8:30 or 9:00pm.

You could more readily find a place to purchase and publicly smoke weed then you will a cigar.

I think the only 2 sq feet left to publicly smoke in MA is somewhere in the Berkshires. Just don’t let anybody see you doing it.

And I will be in the Berkshires next week, go figure.
Bring some smokes and take a quick trip to Wollaston Beach and sit on the sea wall. Might freeze your cookies off though! Warmer days bring better sights.

Wait, what am I thinking? The Berkshires aren't wheelchair accessible.

Haha! I will be in the Beartown Mtn. state forest starting Sat.. The camper will be my home for a week while I try and do some deer and bear bow hunting.

Good luck with the hunt.

On your way back home take Rt 2 corridor. It's a nice drive. Oh, and since you'll be driving by... spin into Gardner. If I'm not home, just drop off the meat on my back deck.

That means I will actually have to get up early and hunt? I like to sleep late on vacation. Make some eggs and coffee and stuff.

And I have been all through those roads, I do have a sport bike. 🙂 Not something I want to do while pulling a camper, the Jacobs ladder pull up the hills on the pike is enough for me thanks.

HA! I was talking to the guy I car pool with just the other day about hunting and fishing. We are all on the same page there.

Sorry for the threadjack Crusher.

If you are looking for a Cigar bar/lounge to smoke in the area you'll have to get into Boston. The "T" (train/subway system) will take you there from Quincy. I would look at Stanza Dei Sigari as mentioned in Post #2 or Cigar Masters in the Back Bay.

Bring cigars when you go to MA, go to a B&M when you get there to find out why.

For the most part it is, there are a couple of camper spots at the top of the campground, sites 1,3 and 4, 6 if you have a small camper. But if we don't fit there, depending on the # of campers showing up. We move to the parking lot where the boat ramp for the pond is. There are no hook-ups of any kind there, we are all self contained and I use the public toilet at the campground so I don't need to clean my black water tank, nasty. We get water for everything else from the Ranger's office down the street, he leaves the outside faucet on for us. I also bring a generator to keep the camper batteries charged and use some comforts of home like a DVD player. And the generator I have is pretty big, so we will plug 4 campers into it and share the fuel costs which is nice.
This is about the 10th year in a row that I have gone, my buddies have been going for over 20 now. We got to know all of the forest workers and local Rangers pretty well, the ones that work off season anyway. A whole different group of people work there for the summer when it's peak camping and hiking time.
