I know it's a long shot, but I figured I would at least ask.

I am looking to trade for some Original One Shot One Kills, size doesn't matter. I have Opus X and even a few Angel Shares that I would be willing to trade.

Let me know! Thanks!

Just a little info here for you. The chances of you getting a trade for most any cigar here is slim to none when you ask for it on your first post ever. Most folks here like to trade with people that have some trade credibility on THIS forum. Doesn't much matter what you've done somewhere else. It might help if one of the regulars here knows you.

In any event, if you are still wanting this trade, most likely you will be required to send first, since no one knows you. Just a friendly heads up. (better than most here would give you)

If you plan on sticking around on this forum, check out the Noob Trade Thread #43

http://www.cigarbid.com/FORUM/c/posts/636503/NOOB-TRADE-THREAD-43

This is how you earn trade cred. It's run by this old queer, bald guy that goes by FGM. 🤦

Thanks for the heads up, I figured this may happen, so apologies for not making an introduction first.

I totally understand the whole Noob thing and not having credit on this forum. I would always send first, not a problem for me. In fact, when I make a sale, I don't even require payment until the sticks have arrived safely at their destination, just a risk I am willing to take to make others feel comfortable. I thought maybe since I was coming in with some premium stuff to trade that I might get some interest.

I read through the Noob trade thread and it just doesn't fit me. I have been smoking for years and while I appreciate the idea of it, I do not need an "experienced smoker" to send me a variety of smokes so that I can find what I like. However, I do think that is a very nice thing to offer to novice cigar smokers.

In my opinion the only way to gain trade rep is to actually make trades.

Again, sorry my first post was a trade and I hope to be around more.

I understand it not being the right "fit" for you since you are a long time smoker. Actually I have had noobs that I have been a vet to that had been smoking almost as long as I have. It's not a big deal.

When you set up a trade (for your first), just get with that person via personal email and exchange thoughts, likes and dislikes. Let them know it ain't your first rodeo and just get a trade under your belt.

I would trade with you (possibly) but I don't know that I am interested in trading for anything really. Every so often a certain cigar comes up that tickles my fancy and I might do a trade......but most times, I just go buy exactly what I am after and be done with it.

🌫

Tell you what, I will make a trade with you, for your first trade here, if you are interested and we can find something that each other wants (if you are interested). I can't help you with your OSOK though. Only have a couple that have been sent to me and I am going to smoke them. Feel free to contact me via PM or my email.......ray (dot) pse @ verizon (dot) net

There are others here that like trading and do it often. If someone steps up and wants to trade and you both can work it out, feel free, it won't hurt my feelings at all. Your call, I am just trying to help.

Ray is a smart 🌫

If I had any left I'd trade ya, all I have left is an empty box! They are very good but weren't "special" to me, but if you can track em down they're worth trying for sure. I got half a box (5) and the seller included the box (cool box btw) for $45 last year FWIW.

Also, I never did the noob/vet trade as a noob but twice as a vet. You don't HAVE to for sure, but if you're interested in the community it's fun.

The noob/vet trade is a great way to get paired with someone that can help you navigate the waters. It's a special relationship you build and keep throughout your time here. It doesn't have anything to do with how long you've been smoking cigars.
