This was a very tasty cigar, but it did have some construction issues at about the half way point. The cap started unraveling and there was a hard clump of leaf there that I picked at. I had to get the cutter out and clip that off.

After that it didn't smoke as well. But... up until then, and all in all, it was good cigar.

The photo, of course, was prior to that.

And this is the first time I've noticed such a contrast between the filler ash and the binder/wrapper ash.

I'm actually a big fan of faustos. The ft166 is amazing IMO.. I've smoked many of them. Haven't noticed any real issues with burn but the ash does have a fair amount of brown to it. Loads of ligero.. Surprisingly, it's not an overpowering smoke.. Stout, but not overly so.

Not smoked a ton of them but I am definitely a fan. In the words of the great sdeve. "If you don't smoke fausto you have no balls"

That was my first Fausto. I'm looking forward to giving another one a try soon.

fausto's are nice... not for smoking on an empty stomach... if you're patient you can get a box of 25 here for around a bill...

Good. Good. Just trying to lurk a bit more. I went MIA for a few months, eh?

I was lucky enough to snag a box of those faustos for just under a bill last year. Well worth the coin!

Not much of a fan here. The first couple I smoked, when they first came out, I thought were still needing to age. Tasted like ammonia. I think I have a few laying around somewhere. If/when I run into them, I will give'um another try...........not that I need ANOTHER cigar that I can't do without. 🤦
