Note the differences in the length, wrapper, and bands?
Top 2 where purchased when the Regios Reserva was released in April 2013.
The bottom 2 where received a few weeks ago from another BOTL.

Bingo. Same RG but shorter and a different wrapper. (Nic Corojo rather than CBL that most reservas have).

OK - but what about the color differences between the bands? The brown Tat are different colors and the lettering is not as fine? The gold on the Reserva band is not as bright, and the black is not as crisp/sharp?

You have two brand new regios, and two older J21s.
If you want I can send you a pic of a 06 noella reserva, 09 regios reserva, and a march 2013 regios. They match what you have there, bands anyhow.
The gold dulls a lot over time, and the brown is different or changed over time.

I have definitely seen variation in the color of the bands. It could also be that the j21 is made in Miami (I think), and the Regios Reserva in Nicaragua... perhaps they have different band suppliers?
