Got these Romeo y Julieta Clemenceau Tubos along with some Churchills back in April. Put all 10 of them in my tupperdor at about 66% humidity. Pulled one of the Clemenceaus a couple of days ago... and, dang it, mold.
I checked all 5. Same story. I'm glad they were in tubes! And they were still in their own zip lock bag, with the zip lock open though.

The Churchills were in their own bag also, right next to these, but they are fine. No mold. And no mold anywhere else in the tupperdor.

And yes, just sent customer service an email a couple of minutes ago.

Yea, unfortunately that's mold. I had that happen several years ago but only to 2 cigars. Luckily I caught it before it got really bad. Now I leave the lids off all my tubes, or in the case of the La Aurora's, I pull apart the tube and just leave them sitting there with the tube open a quarter inch. No problem since I started doing that.
All my Tat tubes, I removed the entire cigar because they were waaaaay too wet when they arrived. I still have the tubes in the event I want to put a few back in for some reason.

Where is the crying smiley when you need it. So sad.
