The race was not the most excitement or the main course of last night's race at Charlotte. The Main Event was the action just after the checkered flag. That was unbelievable: while Harvick was celebrating his win and doing donuts, Keselowski went nuts and thought he was in a demolition derby, purposely crashing into several cars on the track during the cooldown lap and then along pit road. He crashed Kenseth's, Stewart's (unintentioanally), and Hamlin's cars. Patrick's car was also damaged in the after race collisions. Stewart retaliated and crushed the front of Keselowski's car. After the drivers got out of their cars and were walking in the area behind the pits, there were physical altercations (punches thrown, pushing, shoving, grabbing, hugging) between Keselowski and Hamlin and later with Kenseth that also involved numerous members of their crews.
Wonder what sanctions NASCAR will hand down? Will Keselowski be suspended for the next race, thereby eliminating him from the Chase?
