Since you all have been so helpful already.... I'm looking to up my storage to around a 75-100 count humidor, and am wondering if there are specific brands that I should be looking for, or if it really comes down to maintenance and care? Also, just to throw it in...for you Pad fans, what's your choice for the 1964? Smoking the superior maduro right now and it seems to be lacking the robustness from the first time I tried one.(can't remember which). Maybe I'll just go back to Acids [sarcasm] As always, thanks!

Tupperware or Igloo make good humidors. If you want something pretty I'm a fan of Daniel Marsall humidors. They will set you back a lot of money.

Ashton makes one of the better "cheapies" imho.
Lots of different sizes, etc.

If you get lucky you might find a used G Watts - awesome desktops.

The Marshalls are nice - but very pricey.

also, I'd stay away from any desktops that have glass tops...............just my opinion

The cheap humidors are junk.

If you're handy, you can make em work.

Pmd you a link to a thread I posted elsewhere showing why they're cheap and how you can make em work.

Another cheap desktop ive really had good results with is Don Salvatore. Can find used ones pretty cheap, and new are under $200.

Buy it from CI, CBid or a competitor in the business, their junk looks good compared to the crap sold elsewhere. Go with beads, but decide what %, before ordering.

1964s I love the maduros and my favorite is the corona. Also enjoy the principe a lot to. If you like the 64s you should get your hands on a few of the Familty Reserve line.
