I did say great and should not have gone that far, you are correct. But many teams have won the big one with less than the best, Flacco is pretty good, not great, Brady before he was great (but great coaching adjustments...get it? totally changed offensive strategy in mid-stream after Bledsoe nearly died...thanks to the Jets), Ripien, Morton, the guy on Tampa etc...Ryan doesn't win with any of those QB's. Sanchez was considered big time when drafted, played well early and regressed consistently after (coaching?)
Name some offensive talent he let dry up cause I can't think of one although could be overlooking one somewhere.
He had "highly regarded" O-talent when he got them, guys considered to have big upsides, and did not help them blossom (coaching?), which may be why you can't recall them, which is my point. I'll add some who were established and he did not get max from too. I did have to look up a few but recall all of them.

You must admit, some coach would have gotten at least SOME of that massive list to develop. Every coach has guys that don't develop and not all due to coaching, but that is a ton of guys that Rex could not win with despite probably the best line in the NFL!
He is the loudest man in the room cause he eats the blame for his team playing bad and hardly ever takes any credit when they win.
I'm sorry, who else should take the blame? His best finishes are considered lost opportunities in Foxboro.
I don't view him as a motivator to players with loud mouths to cover their insecurities he is more of a motivator to not quite as athletic NFL players that start on his team.

The guy has had an old Tomlinson, medicore at best Sanchez, and a supe bowl mvp Holmes as his best offensive players not much anyone could do with that no matter how good a line you have.

I am not even a Jets fan and in fact find them very boring to even watch.
