make sure you only allow people who can do this. last year there were some who said they wanted to do this , then backed out at the last minute leaving Trilla holding the bag.

Rules are simple.

I want to send names on Monday. This should give Santas enough time to get pkgs in the mail for Christmas arrival.
BTW, I'm NOT playing, just coordinating.

If enough folks join up - figure at least 8, you send me your snailer and what you like.
Some folks also like to send/receive adult beverages, so those preferences also.
Others include stuff for family members, so # of kids, their ages.
Let your conscience be your guide.

Again, if enough join in, I'll pair up Santas with recipients.
The idea is to have fun.
