On the forums talking about some partigas 170 action and any news about them coming out. It came up about some of the older ones and Zody mentioned saving a few for a rainy day. Taking a chance I sent a pm seeing if he wanted to trade for one his 150's. He declined and I understood, I have my cigars that I will not give up lightly and put the whole thing outta my mind.

Fast forward about a week. I get a box from Zody, completely forgetting about the 150. I open her up and my jaw hit the floor! I find a note and a cigar surrounded with those big bubble things like Fort Knox, which when I get to it is a single 150! The note stated simply " change of heart brother. God bless and enjoy.

Thank you ssooo very much brother!!! I am a big partigas fan and it has been killing me that I owned only one in my true noob days and didn't know what I had, completely messing it up.

But I'll get you back brother, it won't be a 150 but I'll do my best.

The deal with the Partagas 150 is that a Lot of '77 Cameroon wrapper leaf was happened upon by the cigar maker that was perfectly preserved and decided to be used to be the wrapper leaf for the 150th anniversary release of Partagas. The wrapper leaf was a once only run and one of a kind.

No return fire desired or sought mountainman, the gifting was something I felt led to do. That you're happy with it is the true reward.
What you can do is let me know when the occasion comes to ash it and I'll ash one when you do, make it a cross country simul-ashing of a great cigar.🇨🇮

Be ready in late June to early July for when my baby is born and we will ash it up!

Now that is the way to do it, Cross Country joint ashing when you just cant herf in person. 🇨🇮
