I wouldn't say there are draw backs, just things to be aware of. If you up clicked the box they won't give your info out and with mine, if you don't cancel before the end of the subscription they auto renew with the card info you gave. Those were what I took away from the fine print, I would read yours to see if there are any little things that they do that you would want to know about is all I am saying.

For the link I provided, you do not give them your card information and they do not auto renew. They do send you a ton of mail offering you "special" discounts to renew of course.

But in general you should definitely watch for this tactic. When I come across one like this, I make a future event on my phone calendar a few days before the auto renew so that I can remember to turn it off.
