OK haven't done this in a while
rules are you must send no less than 5 premiums more is better. if you don't know what a premium cigar is, you are in sad shape
you must have more than 500 posts this will keep out the scumbag muchers
DO NOT send to or let these people in.
If you don't have anything good don't play.
you must wait til you have talked to the person asking the question before you ask the question yourself,this will save on confusion on who is giving because I am old and its hard to keep track.
