This is BS.

For the last few weeks I cannot send or receive PM's or even quote a post.

It is basically the same thing as internet explorer except it is google. When you go to google search engine there should be somewhere on there that says Google Chrome and you can download it to your computer and an icon for it will be on your desktop when you are finished the download. Just click on that instead of internet explorer.
