Hey B/SOTL I was wondering who has the Tower Of Power humidor and what you use for your humidification device/s. My Fiance is getting sick of the sweaterdor's sitting around the place and she told me that she is going to get me something like it, when we get back stateside. I was also wondering about your likes and dislikes. If you had it to do all over again would you get this humi or another one? TIA

i'd keep the sweater boxes to impress on your bride to be that you are no more interested in her input about your cigars then she is interested in your imput about the color nail polish she choses the next time she has a manicure.

If so, rick must understand that she is not really sick of your sweatadors, she wants to see you enjoy your hobby in style. Kinda like when a woman buys you clothes.

I don't have a Tower of Power, but I have the Club Chairside and all I use is climmax beads. Rock solid rh at 65%.

I've heard great things about the Club Chairside. And the Tower of Power as well... there was a picture of a ToP posted on the forum not to long ago with some sweet modifications for humidification, I'm sure it won't be that hard to find, I'll top it for you.

Senior no she is not Japanese, she is actually half Korean half Scottish and she is also an MA stationed on the Essex. I have no problem with her wanting to buy me the ToP, but right now I just think that it is overkill, but then again if she does buy it for me then I will just have to buy more cigars to fill it.....HMMMMMMMM

I'm still leaning towards a fridgeador.....temperature AND humidity control!!

I have the tower, but if you think its big, well it fills fast. I have a collection of approximately 70 boxes of the forbidden. I use the cigar oasis 2, on the middle shelf. But humidity falls so you need airflow going up. What I did was go to radioshack and bought a few computer cooling fans, wired them all to a cellphone charger and placed them to flow the air up to give a perfect %69 throughout the cabinet.

I recently received a Tower of Power. I have an Oasis II on the bottom, but I had to add some passives on the top shelfs.

I'm not as clever as CMUZZ (and can't see that well to boot). If I could figure how to get the Oasis above the shelf storage, I would. I'm not sure how to rig the wiring...

I love my ToP. I put in two Cigar Oasis Pluses, one above the drawers and one below the drawers. It's cheaper that the Cigar Oasis 2 and I didn't have to add any additional fans...
