Never had one. But I did some searches. I found some expensive ones with different boxes. The box pictured here has the band logo on it. Found some contradicting reviews also. But they all say it is a mild cigar. Can a mild cigar taste bad? Also one site says it starts out tasting like peanut butter.
Good Luck with it.

I have some of the Churchills resting at the moment. I mainly bought them for the cool box they come in, but the cigars look to be well made. Not sure how they taste though. I am going to let themage for a few months before I try one.

It was one of those things where I threw a 5 dollar bid on the box of six and won them! :o)

Let us know what you think of them!

OK...I normally don't smoke such a mild cigar but I figured I'd give it a try....Nice tan wrapper on this Churchill....Prelight-smelled like dogsh*t...Aroma developed nicely from (yes I'm serious!) peanut butter to peanut butter on toast...Aroma was the best part...Now, here's the problem...Flavor was almost non-existent...I couldn't taste anything except it was similar to smoking a stick of cedar (a dowl perhaps?..LOL) in the beginning and stayed the same throughout...Mild cigar lovers may like this cigar, but if you like anything stronger than a Mac Maduro (I feel sorry for ya), then forget it..Construction was very nice though...even burn..good draw..The aroma was the ONLY thing this stick had going for it, but I don't think it's worth it to waste your time smoking this cigar just because of a nice aroma...Give it to a "cigar smoking" friend (note the quotes?...aka a dogrocket smoker) and enjoy the aroma of peanut butter when he/she smokes this POS..or toss the Flor De Los Reyes in the trash and enjoy a real cigar

Now if you can find a cigar with an aroma of jelly....you might have something. Thanks for the review Keith. Sounds like you are enjoying Florida.

What Keith said ...

These're far too mild for my taste ... I bought these thinking they were the same cigar as one I had in my humi ... not! Don't get me wrong, these're not BAD smokes, they're just not GOOD smokes if, like me, you prefer a rich, full-bodied cigar that provides a large volume of thick smoke ... and if your taste is different than mine (and different is an OK thing), and your preference is for a mild cigar that burns slowly and evenly, go over to the trade board and see my post about these.

Strange because I normally don't like a cigar this mild..I like medium to full bodied, fuller flavored cigars (maduros especially!)...Good smoke!

As mild cigars go, there one of my "go to's". I've bought a box of robustos, churchills and torps. All have a pleasant enough taste (although I favor the churchills).

I've never tasted peanut butter in any of them (I HATE peanut butter), but I do get a nice herbal and medium-cedar taste. Those who don't like a mild cigar might not like 'em, but what do you open your day with? A Partagas Black? As a newbie (nine months), the stronger stuff still gets me quesy unless I've got a belly full of chow to counter balance it somehow.

I've heard about some construction problems with these, but I've only had one that was plugged so bad I had to throw it away. I had another one that "flaked" something awful, but it didn't effect the flavor.

If anybody wants to dispose of these, I've got some Biarritz, Matasas and various other stuff I can't stomach. Let me know and I'll meet you on the trade board!
