The worst two weeks of the summer is over! Mid year reviews all written and delivered, with no tears (I was brave this time)

In four months, the same process for Year End.

By definition, the calendar should be changed.

I have concerns.

X obviously has a stiff on the slab and is fishing for optimal insertion temperature.
Thank god I moved since our last trade.....wonder if it is CROS?
