I fish for bass. A lot. Nearly daily. From canoe, kayak, boat and from shore.

Grew up in Wisconsin and spent much of my youth fishing for walleye, bass, northern pike in WI, MI, ONT.

Where you going to fish, Dan? Hope you can actually relax and enjoy it.

I always thought that was just a euphemism....turns out there really is such a thing. Maybe not in WI, but I had one somewhere...New Mexico, I think. Wasn't nearly as good as the locals led me to believe

I'm not sure New Mexico is the best place to get fresh seafood.

but, surely they should be able to do quality tacos, no matter the recipe?

At any rate, to me, tacos and fish shouldn't be in the same sentence...at least not any place where children are allowed

Fish tacos down here in Florida can be great...depending on the fish....we certainly are closer to the water than New Mexico so better chance for that. The children can just close their eyes.

Lake Webster Indiana. Never been or heard of it.

Supposed to be great lake for Muskie but I haven't done much fishing without worm n bobbers so... Did a lil googling and found some fishing forum saying the lake gets too crowded during the summer.

In laws rented a house on the lake for a week and brother in law and I split a pontoon rental. He likes to fish more than I. Maybe can teach me

Gonna be nice to get away for a while.
