I've seen it all too well.

Revolutions going on around the world...

Nobody notices.

Princess Diana dies.

Front page in every newspaper.

Did anyone happen to notice that someone was awarded the Medal Of Honor from Operation Iraqi Freedom??

Can you name him??

But I bet that everyone can name the winners and/or contestants from Survivor, American Idol, etc....etc...etc.....

If you really want to teach this girl a lesson, the husband-to-be should arrange for a real abduction. Make her disappear for a week. Talk about killing two birds with one stone.

1- She gets the abduction that she originally claimed.

2- Who'd look for her.

Another win win for America and justice.

Tobi,

Sergeant First Class Paul Ray Smith, 33.

Posthumously awarded.

Another lost life.

I hate war.

My hat is off to you.

None of us like the idea of war.

Especially those of us who have lost friends who died in "training accidents".

The question wasn't directed towards you, though, it was directed towards the others here.

I almost "expected" the answer from you.

Now for all the people who know who Bo Bice is, Clay Aiken, Kelly Clarkson, Ruben Stoddard......let's see, shall we??

adroomi,

We are all (myself included) guilty of Threadjacking from time to time. But you, my BOTL are turning this into an art form.

I was interested in where this story/thread was headed today. And when I get here, I read about the voting problems in TOGO and the war in Iraq.

I really am trying to do this in a gentlemanly manner, and I don't think you will take offense.

Start an "Elections in Togo" or a "War in Iraq" thread when you feel compelled. Don't take the original poster's subject and run away with it.

If you are seeing your name as the last poster on many threads, it means one of two things. The thread died a natural death, or somebody killed it.

I wonder which number is higher?

A- The number of threadjacks you have committed.

OR

B- The number of man hours spent in Georgia trying to find Miss Bug-Eye Drama Queen? (See how I deftly brough this back to the subject of the initial thread)?

Try it.

You're right 8track.

I am guilty.

Back to the story, it's important.

So, what are the latest developments in the Atlanta Runaway Bride Scandal?

She ran away.

Now she's back.

Thank you for staying on topic.

...Yes, I need to stay on topic. It's better that way. As long as I am focusing on the drama queen either in this thread, in my personal discussions with friends, or while glued to the tv screen watching Fox, I will not have time to think about other things such as the war, or the waste of our money in Togo, or the fact that Bush lied, or the fact that we sold our rights to the statue of liberty to the Japanese along with the colorado river.........

Meanwhile, the Runaway Bride may face charges....OOOOHHHHHH, AAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
