I made a comment and we discussed beers a little more and I came to realize that I am a Beer Snob.

Two words that I thought could never be combined. Yet here I am as Exhibit A.

I thought of this when I was reading the Best Ribs thread.

If im fishing/camping/boating/whatever else takes a whole day of doing nothing, I'll drink anything.

But other than things that facilitate all day long beer drinking, I'll turn down a standard American beer. I did bring some Miller with for camping, but had enough 3Floyd's, Lagunitas, and others to keep me pickled, so gonna be bringing most of the Millers home.

That said, having drunk small Belgian brewery beers at the breweries, I won't drink Stella Artois even if its was given to me. Most Belgians think of it even lower than Mexicans think of Coronas

Me, Yeah I'm snobbish about a lot of things. But I really don't have time to list them all!!!

Everyone likes what they like, to each their own. I'm not a fan of domestic beers, because to me they don't have much body or flavor.

My grandfather on the other hand, used to say he'd only drink 3 kinds of beer- Bottle, can or keg. My dad has said for years he'd never drink anything stronger than pop, and Pop would drink anything. 🍺
