watching a little Temple vs SMU tonight.

I'm very familiar with what Temples are for, but what exactly are Methodists, religiously speaking? And why are they always in trouble with the NCAA?

Yeshiva is never sanctioned for recruiting violations. What gives?

Signed,

Have explored most religious options, Methodists are just a run of the mill protestant group not quite as ritzy as the congregationalists. Don't forget that Jehovah's witnesses also have temples. As to the universities mentioned, SMU has had some NCAA violations lately and are not the football school they once were when the late Dandy Don Meredith was quarterback. Both schools are in the American Athletic conference which is only in it's third year of existence, but can boast of NCAA basketball championships in both men's and women's basketball it it's first year of existence. Does Yeshiva have a football team ?

Hope you watched the entire game, Frank. Very exciting.

The final score was not indicative of just how close this game was.

Not sure, Frank.

But I'd choose a different signature, unless you're looking for some restroom action.

And on the same subject, what was it you told me a "tail-gater" really means...? Oh wait. It was the swinging gate that you knew about. Never mind.

One should not mix NCAA football and religion.

^ too late...go to any college campus with a big time (top 25 regularly) football program on game day, and the fervor is there...

Of course, face to face anybody would say they hate the criminal players worse. But mighty joe media tells them to profess the hate for timmy Tebow.

I learned about the swinging gate aspect just recently. My familiarity with the play was in regards to the center being eligible.

But my tail does swing, if I really try.

And thank you for noticing.

I made a heartfelt apology in another thread.

all this time I thought your swing was a swagger!

Guess I'll never understand Methodists.
