I've been wanting to track down and try a Culebra.... anyone have any they like or can point me in a direction?

La Faraona rolls a Culebra and you can buy on line. It will be fresh and needs to rest a bit.

I tried the Davidoff culebra a few years ago, but at the time, it was a bit strong for me.
Thanks to my good buddy, delta1, I have a Partagas culebra (CC) that I haven't smoked yet.
I guess the only culebra I can recommend from experience is the MEDUSA by Drew Estate, which was THE cigar that got me started in this crazy BOTL in the first place, and to this day remains one of my favorite cigars. They only come out in limited numbers around the holidays, so if you see them, don't hesitate.

I just have this weird thing about wanting to try interesting figurados and I haven't gotten around to a Culebra yet.

The Partagas Culebras {5.8" x 39) are great IMHO. and they come a decent price. The Super Partagas (5.5" x 40) is very similar in flavor and ring gauge but is only $4 aprox.

The Tatuaje culebras The Old Man and the C (7.5 x 38) are very good also, available in the El Triunfador and Black blends.

Don't know if it's still available, but Tat made a couple, one ,I had was called "The Old Man and the C". Tat Black Lancero, and Tat Black culebra in one coffin box. I think they made one other set in a different blend.

The Tat Black culebras are outstanding. As well as the Petit Lanceros. Prefer them over the CG.

The old brown label El Triunfador lancero is also good, but never had the culebra.

Ever since he started the hormone replacement therapy he's been a little on edge.That first surgery that removed his schlong took ........well a little bit out of him as well.Once he gets the intact vagina we'll only have this problem a few days a month thankfully.Til then let's cut him some slack.

FUNNY STORY.... I COMPLETELY FORGOT I STARTED THIS THREAD.... Didn't even see that Tieger went hunting for me. Stopped paying attention after I yelled at that dude.

Then I call my wife on break and she informs me we have to sleep in a shelter tonight, because apparently DSTieger blew my house down.

She decided to open the box, because I don't care... plus if its cigars she tosses em in the humi for me and informs me that there was an Old Man and the C coffin along with other sticks she couldn't identify.

Called up my renters insurance. The insurance doesn't cover loss of life and limb from random acts of wanton mayhem and destruction.

So, downside, the shelter... upside this bomb sounds beautiful... downside, I don't get home for 4 more hours to see the destruction myself.

I'll toss up a picture tomorrow.

PS I reiterate, Bombing Runs are not necessary for good deeds. Help someone that needs help in the future. I do what I can to help folks, because that's how I was raised.
