Welcome from Indiana.

I'll echo what the others said. Was given that advice when I started, didn't heed it, sent a few nearly full boxes to the troops when my tastes changed.

Expensive does not mean good. Cheap doesn't mean bad. And what I like, you may not, and vice versa. There are many universally bad cigars though, and most are cheap. Don't think there are any universally agreed best cigars though. Sample, find some you like and explore from there. You can usually trust when many agree it's a bad smoke, but favorable reviews don't necessarily mean you'll enjoy it the same

Always check who you are biding against before you place a bid - if the current winner has an APO address - let the win go to the Soldier serving our Country. They deserve to receive a break.

Didn't think people did that. Curious how many bids I won simply because someone "passed" bcuz they saw the APO. 🤔

Have done this ever since placing my 1st bid, and after discussing with my BIL's ( fellow afficianados ) they agreed of course....🌫

Looking to pick up a couple 5ers hopefully tonight, some one make a recommendation for me, don't feel like completely throwing away my money tonight. Willing to try something others at least like. Nothing too expensive, looking to drop $100....

That's my favorite corona at the moment. Bold and the right amount of spice ROTT. I don't think I'd enjoy it if it came in a larger size.

I'd take the auction action. In my experience, not enough people know about em. They see Man o War and pass.

From my limited experience over the last couple months, QB is always more expensive than the Auction.

When you are looking at something watch it first and see what it goes up to. The next time you see it bid that amount. If you win it great if you get outbid try again next time. No need to continue to push the price higher. Walk away you will see it again!
