AffluMom needs to be in prison as well. Aiding and abetting. Providing monetary and Parental support during the commission of a crime.

No excuse except they believe the laws do not apply to them. About time they learn. Prison should be a good teacher.

Heard that Momma was sent back and Jr still in Mexico. Momma needs to spend a few weeks in prison as she has already proven to be a flight risk. Let Jr stay in a Mexican prison for a while before bringing him back. Need to separate him from protection of idiot parents. He will not last without their influence. Will squeal like a pig I'm certain.

Saw an interview with the Texas sherriff . He said that under the current law, the very worst that can happen to the kid is 120 days jail time (IIRC) and putting his parole under the adult system which would be much stricter. That's it. Mom is looking at 2-10 years.
