I think what macs is saying is actually the kindest and most thoughtful thing for the cat (other than the money driven part) and at some point should be applied to humans as well. To crack a 97 year olds chest open to prolong life might not be the best thing. At a minimum it should be part of the decision making process.

Sad news in the watchurai family, my younger brother Timothy lost his battle with a rare and aggressive cancer yesterday.

Gonna do something I never do, but it is all I can do as I am a family outcast: Prayers and positive energy requested for my mom, she has lost two of her boys and her husband in the past three years. This is not easy for any of us, but hardest on her.
