I'm headed to the Milwaukee area on Sunday for a few days. Any recommendations for a place to smoke? Preferably while enjoying a cocktail!

Either Metro cigar in Germantown, or Havana cigar club in West Allis are nice. Ping Mrs. Tank about Milwaukee proper. West Allis borders the west of Milwaukee. Germantown is about 15 minutes north of Milwaukee. Both have adult beverages, Metro prices on beverages are better, cigars are about the same price wise. PM sent. I'd suggest Havana, as they have better hours. Metro closes by 4 on Sunday, and 8 Monday - Friday. Saturday is 6. Havana has more bar like hours. Humidor is decent.

Havana's hours are Sunday 12-6. M-Sat 9 am til midnight.

There is another bar downtown, but I haven't been there. Downtown bars tend to be more expensive.
