You, Shana, are the reason why we (my brothers in law and i) buy just about all of our cigars from Cbid. I doubt you recall, but if you go back to your emails from may 20 2015 you'll see that I had an issue with the 1st order I placed with Cbid. I was so happy with the way you resolved it that I decided not to shop anywhere else. =d>

A welcome from you means a lot to me.

You may not appreciate us when we drive too fast, make too much noise, or park in the wrong places. But when its your Grandma in the back, suddenly its all good, and were not driving fast enough and traffic isnt getting out of the way quickly enough. 😄

So let me get this straight. Everyone else is being nice to me and for some reason thats bothering you?

Taliban?
I may not have been in Iraq or Afghanistan but I met Al Qaida before most of you guys knew they existed. I spent the day of 9/11 in Downtown Manhattan, from morning until night, as a volunteer paramedic treating injured cops, fire fighters, and civilians. I came home that night coated in white grey dust like a ghost. Watched people jump out of windows from hundreds of stories in the air to escape the flames. I had 3 buildings collapse within feet of where I was standing, both towers and building 5 later in the day. I had the hair in my arms scorched off from the heat of the flames when building 5 went down near me. It took me years to be able to drive down the west side of manahtten again. And even now my heart races when I get near the site.
My wife was in her 9th month watching the fires and collapses on TV and we had no communication as cell phones were down. Knowing me as she does, she was sure I was dead in one of the buildings helping other people.
I can go on but it tears me up inside to talk about it.

Soo... Taliban? I dont think so!

It's very simple. When I was growing up my momma taught me that when someone does something good for you, the appropriate response is to acknowledge it and say thank you.
Sound familiar?
