I loves me some Ginger Beer.

Been mostly making Dark and Stormy, but wanted to mix things up.

I like the Moscow Mule, but I'm not a big vodka fan.

Been making variations with rums and whiskeys.

Tried a spiced rum last night and it was really good, although the Cruzan #9 has a bit too much vanilla for this.

I will be making a ginger mojito next.

Anything else I can mix with the Ginger Beer?

I like me some ginger beer as well but not a fan of moscow mules as much as kentucky mule kicks. Here is a recipe but I replace the basil with mint and taste great even on a hot summer day.

Kentucky Mule FTW. A good way to use up bourbon that didn't make the cut neat.

Rapp Brewery makes their ginger beer with alcohol.....as in real beer. Great stuff.

I met a dude that works in a distillery in Scotland, a major one. He says ginger goes well with most whisky. He mixes it all the time with ginger beer.
