Yes......I empty a couple of my Jetlite torches and throw them in my checked baggage.My cutter goes in my ditty bag along with a small can of Power butane,then it too goes in the checked bag.Since I use soap to shave I assume it looks like a can of shaving cream.Been doing it for years.......not one problem to date.
