Is this for a Mojito? Never had mint simple syrup but wouldn't mind trying it with some drinks.

I learned from the best... xibbumbero.

Perrier. Havana Club Blanco. Lime. Mint leaves. Sugar.

Squeeze juice of 1 lime into a glass. Add 2 Tsp sugar (I use a little less). Add mint leaves. Muddle. Add rum. Add ice. Add Perrier (or club soda). Stir.

You're welcome.

We just had a mojito Sunday here couple weeks ago and this is how we made them

Mint and lime in a jigger muddle then add ice pour rum (DonQ is what we used and it was really good at a very cheap price) and simple syrup. Pour into a glass and top off with Mist twist lemon lime soda. They were very good, not quite Casa Fuente but pretty darn close

Also for some they chose strawberry mojito which was same recipe except replace mint with strawberries and muddle.

I think the key is to make your own simple syrup as well, that stuff you can buy premade is junk.

I made simple syrup with raw cane sugar and mint leafs.

Squeezed a large lime wedge into a glass with ice.
1 Oz simple syrup
2 ozs Bicardi white (on sale)
Topped with club soda and stir.

You could top with mint but I'm not a HUGE mint fan, my syrup more than did the job.
