I did not know what was happening. I was driving home from the lakefront about 9 P.M. going home about 2 miles north of where the rioting happened. It became scary where I was driving at one intersection.

6 businesses were burned, 1 police officer was hospitalized, windows were broken with bricks, cars were burned, 1 police car was shot, a reporter was assaulted. Oh, and he was such a good boy even though he has a police record, was carrying a stolen semi automatic pistol, and would not drop it when told to by the police. Yah, definitely not a riot, a peaceful protest over the shooting of another innocent black youth.

The guy the police officer shot was convicted of a concealed carry. He also was charged with shooting someone and witness intimidation, but those charges were dropped.

Can't create another Racist Cop story? Time for the story to die.

Maybe they can still breath life into the story by saying the man was considering gender modification and was shot because of that.
