Day 3...........but today I have kept down a half bowl of soup and a half sandwich.

Got a call yesterday for a job interview.Sucked it up and kept the shivers at bay and the cold clammy sweats away just long enough to nail the job.I was terrified it was going to get out of control,my temp was still in the high 102's......earlier in the day I looked like a heroin addict in day 3 of cold turkey shivering and sweating profusely. Not much better this morning but as the day progressed I started feeling better.Doc assured me yesterday I was not going to die unless I continued to beg him to shoot me.LOL

I had something off and on for about six months that whenever I drank beer and ate I'd swell up as big as a hot air balloon. The only thing that would fix it was GasX. It would get terrible, cramps, diarrhea, vomiting. Would last for about a day and then I'd be fine. Had to switch to whisky. Seems like it's passed now though.

Temp in the summer has to su ck. I hardly ever get sick but could not imagine fighting off a virus in the summer honestly, me and heat don't get along.

am I the only one happy about the job?

Vic, how much have we all paid to carry Ron during his job search?

Thanks Frank........I am headed off to some water schools in the very near future.I am going to keep an eye on the wastewater going out and the potable water being shipped into town.I'm digging it because other than school the job is entirely local.Home every evening and on call one weekend a month.

Thanks

And when you're feeling better, I think Z needs another lesson on pipe baccy.

I don't think he's storing it correctly....

Thanks Fella's.......no bombing run necessary.

Now I must say If ever I was full of ****.....those days are over.LOL

Yesterday my fever ran about 102 all day.Bout 2 am I woke up in a puddle.......finally the fever completely broke.Feeling about 50% and hopefully at least 80% by Monday.I can do more than most at 80% anyway.LOL

I wish this on nobody.....I hate being sick but this schit was some powerful stuff.Told Doc this was the closest I had ever reached to the same pain levels as ameobic dyssentary.Doc looks at me and says you've had ameobic dyssentary, yep. He says ok lay back down ,he proceeds to make the pain even worse. He then explains that people that have experienced AD sometimes have aftershocks even years later. This was probably an aftershock.........first time around pain level was an easy 10,this time a much more manageable 8.5.
