If you are like me and have been unable to contribute to the collection of material goods to help Anthony's family but you want to contribute something meaningful, I have a solution.

Speaking/texting/posting here with Anthony, I discovered that sending a check to the Red Cross may primarily benefit top executives and may not result in anything going to the folks in Anthony's area, so that's not an option.

Anthony is a very proud man, proud and strong, and I hope I don't pizz him off (cuz he has a gun and stuff) by sharing some info that I had to pry out of him...but here it is.

will distributed by the parish priest to families in need. This certainly a noble way to help people. But, donations sent here most likely will not benefit my family.
