Last week Wednesday, my part time job ended. I knew it was coming, so it wasn't a big loss. Thursday, I got two phone calls about jobs I applied at a month ago. Interviewed at one on Saturday, and the other today.

I start on Friday for the one I interviewed at today.

Not big time jobs, but jobs I could have fun at, while making pocket change.

The timing was pretty nice!

Rock on, Mrs. Tank. You were proactive and did the legwork and fortunately didn't have much of a disruption in your pocket change. And if you can have fun making your pocket change, more power to ya.

Pleezedtameetcha, BTW.

It is for a nationwide craft store. Not sure how much of my check will make it home.

I will try to keep myself in check

Good for you. Heaven knows you deserve it. Keep the good things coming.

For ten years my better half worked at a large plant and tree nursery. I was thankful for any week that some change made it home. This was especially true because I had to dig and plant whatever came home in the back of the Suburban. Pocket change at home also meant less greenery to plant on the weekend.
