Seraphim and cherubim are the only supernaturals portrayed as nude throuout time. If it's a spirit left to walk the earth, allowed by god as no one 'slips' through the cracks, I'm sure they could keep their clothes if he's cool with it. God, Jesus, and the archangels are always portrayed as clothed even in times when prudishness would not have been a factor.

Are seraphim really portrayed nude? Traditionally they don six wings of fire that cover them from head to toe. The only thing that's ever visible are their faces which mere mortals like ourselves have not been given the authority to look at.

And cherubim are quite a sight as well. Three headed badasses.

Can't really call them spirits though; they're living breathing entities.
