Don't know any cigar establishments in Lowell, but let me know what's up there and we could hook up when I'm picking up or dropping off my daughter (nursing major at UML).

But I might know a back ally or two where you can score a dime bag...

I only shop at a B&M when I need something quick, usually a gift for someone. Doesn't make sense to me to buy cigars at twice the price you can find elsewhere. Maybe if there was a cigar shop in my town I would buy more to support a local business, but since the closest is about 15-20 minutes away, doesn't make sense for me.
