They started the bidding at $40. I'd participate, except that I already got five of those samplers at $25 each, in a "normal", non-"special", auction. That's an extra $75 that's still in my pocket.

I've noticed the starting prices on "special" auctions aren't very special at all. They're usually prices easily achievable during frequent, run-of-the-mill sales on the "mothership" site.

Yawn! Give me a non-"special" auction any day! That's where the REAL savings seem to be!
